ECOSOC consultative status is an accreditation framework through which qualified non-governmental organizations can contribute expertise, experience and civil-society perspectives to the work of the United Nations Economic and Social Council and relevant subsidiary bodies.
For Global Outreach Leaders, this creates a pathway to participate in relevant UN conferences and meetings, submit written contributions, designate representatives where permitted, and build relationships that advance sustainable and community-centered development.
